15. With Whose name nothing can cause harm
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

In the Name of Allāh, with Whose Name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause any harm and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
Bismillahi al-ladhi la yadurru ma'a ismihi shay'un fi al-ardhi wa la fi as-sama'i wa huwa al-sami'u al-alim.
عَنْ عُثْمَانَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَفَّانَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ "مَنْ قَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لاَ يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَىْءٌ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلاَ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ لَمْ تُصِبْهُ فَجْأَةُ بَلاَءٍ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ وَمَنْ قَالَهَا حِينَ يُصْبِحُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ لَمْ تُصِبْهُ فَجْأَةُ بَلاَءٍ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ"
Uthman Ibn Affan narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: "The servant who says in the morning of every day and in the evening of every night: [this dua], three times, nothing will cause him any harm."
